Job Description
  • Assists all corporate and remote users with technical issues related to hardware, software and connectivity issues.
  • Provides first level end-user support.
  • Runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems and determines and implements solutions.
  • May provide desk side or remote assistance. Determines when to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team for further support.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
Requirements and Preference
Qualification : Bachelor Degree or Diploma
WorkExperience : At least 10 years working experience in local administrative work
