Job Description
  • Assists all corporate and remote users with technical issues related to hardware, software and connectivity issues. Provides first level end-user support. Runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems and determines and implements solutions. May provide desk side or remote assistance. Determines when to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team for further support. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
