COENS has recently been awarded the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification by The Korea Customs Service (KCS) and is now a member of the Korea AEO in compliance with World Customs Organization (WCO) WCO SAFE Framework.
AEO is an international standard established by the World Customs Organization (WCO) as a system to review trade related laws and regulations, safety management level, and to give preference to customs clearance procedures for authorized companies.
AEO authorization levels are determined by measuring Law Compliance among companies in regards with Financial Solvency and Security Management.

Mr. John Jung, QHSE head, COENS, said: “We are pleased to be highly evaluated and to have become a certified AEO member. We trust our AEO status will make par excellence, our already strong procurement and logistics services to benefit our clients with a faster and more reliable Customs service in Korea”.
